damn, sorry to hear about that. So far, I had good experience with WCN. They did crack my windshield that one time when I took my car in for axle clicking. I saw the crack after I drove the car home, I call Hari back right away and he took care of it.

Was your rental Z with the SMB color? I saw a SMB z in the work parking lot the other day, I was wondering who got a new Z.

Hmmm, makes me think twice now. I was just about to go for service there this past week but got caught up with work. Now what, I just need basic service. The options for basic service don't look too great.

Good luck with the new engine OP. I also got my engine replaced by WCN for oil consumption. It seemed like the problem was fixed until my first oil change, now the Z's going downhill again and burning oil. So I hope your new engine works out for you. I always used to take my Z to WCN for oil changes but after reading way too many threads like this one, I'll be taking it somewhere else from now on. I don't feel like arguing with people to get my car fixed if they scratch it or something. WCN service department FTL yo

remember this? i was probably one of the first ones to speak out against WCN.. sad to see they still haven't changed.

https://my350z.com/forum/southern-california/323437-what-s-going-on-with-wcn-service-department.html

they offered me like 3 free oil changes for my problems.. haha..... i of course said i will never go back there again.

I already see oil consumption but it's expected with the first oil change. I hope it gets better when I do my next oil change. I'll probably go with a buyback if this motor consumes oil and fullfil my dream of a kouki s14 with a built KA24deT !!! Its the same techs with new managment so I have a feeling I know where the problem lies...

I dont think anyone from the service dept is on the forums anymore. I think its just a few guys from parts now.
I'm going in tomorrow BTW my new and improved hand built V2 motor is still eating oil maybe even at a faster rate.

Can't really get a response from people that don't have any control. All the current WCN people are in the parts department.

stuff like this is exactly why I will no longer deal with West Covina Nissan... they've treated me right in the past but the LAST experience I had with them a few weeks back was horrible...

I was going to do a writeup myself and post it here and it's just as bad as yours but I knew it'd go unanswered by WCN reps anyway. And if there was a response it'd be one of those generic/copy&pasted responses anyway

Sorry to hear bro hope everything is taken care of for you at Performance from now on
