Default Ever hold back because you are at work?

So I work at a credit union. I'm sitting at my desk when I hear one of my tellers tell a guy that we cannot cash his check with a foreign passport. The guy instantly calls her just about every profanity word that I can think of. I instantly felt my head and fists fill with fire. Just when I'm about to get up and get crazy I had to remind myself, "it's ganna be hard finding another job".... *sigh*

some people just do not have any manners..... Especially to speak like that to a female in a professional environment. If he has a wife, I feel sorry for her..

What credit union is it? I work for Rancho FCU and service Rancho Los Amigos & MLK hospital employees. Needless to say they are not the friendliest. Alway's b!tching about a penny or so and always throwing F-bombs to my tellers.

We had this jigga man in crutches (sp?) starting **** about a 3rd party check that we couldnt cash. The CEO had to come and ask him to calm down. He threw down his crutches and dared the CEO to kick him out all while hoping on one leg. I swear our CEO was going to throw him a right hook when I seen his fist roll up. Luckly, our off duty security officer walked in and flashed his PD badge. Otherwise, that POS of a man would have a decent law suit in his favor.

I feel you man. Been there, done that.

But lately, I've been wanting to kick the sh*t out of some of my coworkers.

Seariously, there are some dumb mother****ers in this world. But thats what death is for. It tends to find dumb mother****ers faster than intelligent people.

Kinecta Federal Credit Union. Our membership base is mostly aero-space and defense contractors. Alot of Raytheon, Boeing, some northrop grumman, Rockwell Collins..

This particular person that I wanted to get crazy on was just some joe blow off the street with a foreign passport, but I will say that engineers can be quite the handfull. lol

anyways, working customer service for sooooo long, normally I always try to remind myself to be extra friendly and understanding when I'm the actual customer since I know how it feels...

sorry to hear that Mike.... i used to work at California Credit Union for 3 years as a teller and call center MSR...

dood being a teller is the most stressful job ever, even though you have regulars during payday they all change...

we cater towards LAUSD staff, teachers, principles, staff, janitors, bus drivers etc.....

there were tons of rude people always power trippin

one time though this older white dood who everyone hated always gave everyone crap... i ended up having him and he had an out of state michigan check for $8k when i told him i had to put a hold he threw it at me and i blew up on him... i didnt say the F word but i got crazy and i was like "if you dont want to be here get the hell outta line and out of this branch, everyone takes it from you but not me yadah yadah yadah"

he suprisingly got scared and the next day came to the branch and bought us el pollo loco and was nicer ever since, some people just have to be put in their place

the branch manager intervened and she took me to the back office and said "yes i cant stand that guy" but next time just dont raise your voice but stand your ground

i was like 19 or something it was years ago the new tellers have that big ol bulletproof window and plasma tvs all over for the impatient members
