i dont think that the collections dept. will consider lowering the ticket one bit, i need to find a way to get to the judge DIRECTLY.... is this at all possible?
Just go to court some morning (soon). Go to the window. Get a court assignment for that morning. Get in front of the judge. He will knock it back to what it was. There are a million people in the same boat as you. He hears this sob story fifty times a morning. Just don't blow it off and get pulled over with the warrants out there.
