I agree. I know people credit the STI and Evo for only having an advantage when launching but my Evo feels leagues faster at highway speeds than my Z was (both 03's). The Z was more stable but there's no question my Evo pulls harder in every gear.

If you are into racing, save up to buy a turbo, dont nickel and dime regular bolt ons (trust me i did it for 4 years and finally went FI this year) and really give that STI a run for his money. +1 on keeping it on the track.

definately keep it on the the track. However, speeding up to 80 MPH as i got on the freeway the other night i had no problem creeping up on one.

Evo/sti will always "feel" like it pulls harder, its called hitting the boost and feeling the torque at once.

i drove a WRX and when i hit boost i thought it was faster than my Z. I call it "boost vision" :O
