Man, I miss alligator tail. I moved here from Florida a year ago. Lulu's Bait Shack has the *best* alligator bites on the planet. I'm trying to have my friend overnight me some. lol

I miss Buffalo Wild Wings, too. There are 3 of them in the state, and none of them are in Orange County. It's an hour drive to the closest one (Murietta Hot Springs / Temecula).

*sigh* The food out here is so boring. lol

There are a variety turtles you can try...

You can find Sea Turtle soup at most Mexican seafood places. You can also find soft shell turtles at Chinese seafood joints...

You want to try new meat?...Try stopping at a taco stand and try:

Cabeza - Cow Head meat
Cesos - Cow Brain
Lengua - Cow Tounge
Tripas - Cow Intestine
Buche - Pig Throat
Chicharon - Fried Pig Skin
Chivo - Goat

I've been to Amazon numerous times and even though it kicks ***, there is NOTHING exotic about the meats they serve there.
