Over the years I have gotten away from a lot of maintance, no kalwasser I use reactors and they are all on controllers. Pretty much everything down to water changes is either automated or openning and closing a ball valve. You are right though good equipment don't come cheap. I don't even want to know how many thousands of dollars are in this set up. Here are the workings of it.

Good luck with the move. I'm not looking forward to the day I have to move. 24g nano and a 100g fowlr. Nothing compared to what you have going on.

 

hey monkie and blu.... looks like we might not be moving the tank today. its raining on and off over here and moving something glass this large is a HUGE risk for the safety of the movers. im going to have to push the tank move to tomorrow and we can hope for the best. hope you guys can still make it, if not i understand.
