Just do it yourself!
Go to a hardware store / auto supply and purchase a couple of razor blades and take your time removing the tint. No special tools no special skills. Just time.
Off topic: why do people always avoid getting their hands dirty on the most simple tasks? I'm surprised no one is asking help in checking their tire pressure or oil fluid levels...

first try cutting it from the edges. when you get some off pull slowly with your hands. pull as much as you can off slowly. what ever you can get off, spray water or glass cleaner on it, and hold a razor blade at an angle and push down. your not actually gonna be slicing with the blade. more like digging into the tint.
just keep the blade at an angle and wet it, make sure the razors are new, other then that dont worry its not that easy to get scratched if done right

Fix it tickets are usually for the passenger and driver side windows which are very easy to remove. I do not think they can ticket you for the rear hatch glass which is a nightmare to remove.
Passenger side windows are very easy and shouldn't take more than 15 min each.

This is what I did.
Bought a portible cloths steamer.($25 at Target)
Steamed off the driver side in 30mins because I was on the phone
steamed off the passenger side in 10mins
Returned the steamer the next day
This is the best way to do it your self, it gets all of the glue and everything. It all came off in one peace.

IF you don't want to do it yourself go to Distinctive Automotive in Woodland HIlls. Should be close to your area too. I know the owners and they are a top notch shop. They have about 40 famous peopel that have brought their cars their with their pictures and autographs and they do a lot more than jsut tinting.

damn i should have listen to you guys. so anyways i got my tint off this morning at a exotic tint in montrose for 15 bucks for the front windows. basically all you need is a razor to peel the tint off which all came off in like a sec in one piece. the guy just scraped the edge and peeled the tint right off. and for the glue residue, he only used soap and water and just scraped it off with a razor and thats it. he also only charges 40 bucks to retint both windows which is a damn good price. the other tint place where I got my old tint gave me a price $20 each window to take of the tint and $50 each window to retint
