Yo Mikey, i used your tip on the fishing string to get off the stock spolier, dental floss broke too easily. Now i have 4 holes in my hatch that i'll probably just layer some vinyl over before putting on the new spoiler.

Ok here is where i need help... double sided tape.. grrr whats the best way to take this crap off?? I spent over an hour trying to get some of it off and i'm not even half way through. Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to get this stuff off faster?
when i get my bike its only being used for weekend rides and cruises... NEVER for commutes... btw... those bikes you guys posted were pretty fuggly... this is what im saving for... either one...

gas or lighter fluid works AWESOME on anything sticky... should take less then 3-5 mins... should not damage the paint either

bet he don't track it... nobody has that much money. hahaha.
mikey, if you are talking about tape on the truck... use a heat gun or hair dryer like halfrice said. detailer and wax afterwards are good... but to help out removing the sticky stuff from the tape... try goo gone or something like that after you get it nicely heated up.
you can even use gasoline... it might take off the wax... but you can just wax it afterwards. also, you are going to put the new spoiler on, it will cover the spot where the old spoiler sat anyways.
i'm off on friday i think... if you want, come by my place and we'll put on the new spoiler. also, 350z006 might come by, we put in his new si trim blower, he got it tuned last saturday, and let's just say it's making some crazy power. i want to see it in person and have him give me a ride... hahaa.
