All I can say is, pick a place with no speed bumps, lowered-friendly driveways, and no security, and if there's only one business, get permission from that business if possible so nobody gets the cops called on them.

Alrighty peeps, I just got back from my scenic tour of the city of Cerritos. Guppy's is a no go, the parking lot is too small and the speed bumps are really small, but annoying.
I found a Starbucks at the following address that has good exit and entrance ramps, no speed bumps, and plenty of space.
The address is the following:
Starbucks
20226 Pioneer Blvd, Cerritos, CA
It's on the corner of Del Amo & Pioneer
Exit the 605 at Del Amo, head East for a few stoplights and make a left past Pioneer into the lot.
