Default Just bough a used Z and have problems..

Hello everybody!
my first post in regional forums but its gonna be long one..
please bare with me and help me out anyway u can..

i just picked up 05 35th anniversary Z at Santa Monica Subaru past week.
it has 41k miles on it and it has couple of problems and dealer doesnt wanna do anything about it!

first, brake lights were not working! i obviously didnt know because i was always in driver seat but when my brother got in the car i noticed it, so we took it in and they took care of that.

second, when i brake(sometimes) ABS and traction control light would pop up and stay there, so i complained about that and they said they'll take care of it. so they sent us to nissan dealer(santa monica nissan) and they changed the sensors.. but it still does it, so i have to take it back..

third, it has the weird power window auto 'up' malfunction and rear axle nut clicking sound problem.
i looked up the TSB on Alldata and found both problems are on there.

i noticed both problems since the second day i bought the car, and i complained along with first two but they said they'll take a look at it later and kept on making me come back! im already pissed.. and today i get a phone call from service writer and he said those cant be covered. and i was like why and he gave me all this bs reasons like used car manager didnt approve and stuff. so i bitched a lil and said "well when i bought the car, u guys said car will have 90days or 3000miles warranty, whichever comes first. im having all this problems and why cant u cover it? its not like car got problems couple month or couple thousand miles into it. car HAD problems when i picked it up" and he told me i have to talk to salesperson but most they can do is 50-50 on bills.

so im really pissed at this point and just want to return the car and get my money back. i didnt spend 19k to drive the car to dealer and back everyday! didnt even really enjoy the car yet and cant cuz of all the problems and im frustrated. i really want to return and get my money back at this point if they are not going to fix it under warranty.

WAT SHOULD I DO??

any positive help would be really appreciated!!

I think you can only Lemon a car if you're the original owner. Not sure though. Take it to Performance Nissan if it's still under some sort of warranty and see what they can do for you. They're great guys over there.

This probably wouldn't help, but I'll say it anyways. I tend to lose my mind at dealerships when I don't get my way. Dealerships are f uckin a holes and they'll always try to rip you off. I'd go in there wanting to talk the Service Manager and Sales guy, first of all. The Service Writers can't do ****, really.

Do their policies have any return type of deals? Read more onto that 90 days / 3000 miles thing.

This is typical, so DON'T LET THEM give you the run around.

Good luck.

Sounds really fishy to me.

I would suggest that you take it to Precision Z in Canoga Park and have them fully inspect the car to make sure there aren't any further issues. There could be some serious problems that may arise later.

add brake fluid. the lights come on when the brake fluid is low. it is an "idiot light" feature. it isn't a sensor issue as much as a low brake fluid issue...a Christmas tree dash board" as it were.

you should be able to return the car..my brother in law had bought a used mustang at a dealer in ventura...mustang looked sick but then he opened the hood and it looked as if the car had been painted a different color...a week later it rains and water is coming in through the floor board....turns out the car had been in a serious wreck and had been repaired but when he asked the dealer they had said nope carfax shows no previous accidents....he ended up taking the car back and he got his money back...so why should they not be able to give you your money back if you are not satisfied? thats my question
