Exclamation Does Front Bumper Fit Inside Z? (interior)

Hey guys,

I'm trying to find out if the OEM Front Bumper fits inside the Z? Some guy is asking if it would fit inside the Z. I'm currently at work and I don't have a clue if it does or it doesn't.

Would anyone please let me know whether it would possible or not?

All responses would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I did that several times.
I only had the Z at that time.
One end on the passenger seat and the other inside the hatch.
Fits and the hatch closed just fine.
I picked up front and rear [not together]..

I've done it as well. Picked up a fiberglass INGs+1 front bumper a while back in the Z. Like the other poster said, one end down in the passenger foot well and the other end went between the seats into the rear. It works if you don't mind the uncomfortable positioning

Do what that other guy said.

Lean the passenger seat forward, move it forward. Have the bumper go from the rear hatch OVER the strut bar but below the hatch and into the open space behind the seat. Its a great fit. Urethane will bend and the paint will flex with it to a point. Be sure to put a towel over the top of the bumper and to protect it from rubbing the back of the passenger seat.

Mine was being painted after I had transported it. I didn't have to worry. I likely wouldn't recommend transporting a bumper like this if you are looking to install it without painting after transport. It does, however, fit. If you are looking to transport something that is simply prepped or a new piece though that is unpainted I don't see a problem with it.

...ok. I went home for lunch and I tried it out myself to see whether I could or not.

I manage to put it in without scratching anything.

Here is what I did:

1. Recline seat all the way back.
2. Slide seat all the way back.
3. Remove Head Rest (then placed on the seat)
4. Put 1st end of Bumper on the beginning of Trunk
5. Put 2nd end of Bumper on the passenger's matt (floor)

***Fits perfect***

There is space between the dashboard and doors.
