I am about to purchase a set of springs from them and have it shipped here to San Jose. I've read some posts that these guys are banned. Are they a legit business? They are stickied in the Socal Parts shops list.

People had shipping/communication issues with them

but I pick up my stuff from them since they are 5 min. from my pad and i've had no probs with them at all. I've been buying parts from them since 2004 with no probs

I got my side skirts and rear diffuser shipped from them. No problems at all but I have read bad things about them befor they were banned so

 

it may be *safe* to purchase from them, but you *shouldn't* purchase from them because of what they put fellow members through.

they lost sponsorship here for a good reason.

they were a pretty high volume sponsor here... So they have a bunch of positive reviews. But what I usually base my decisions like these on is on those that have been screwed over. Were their problems resolved? How long did it take? Would they do it again? Most wouldn't. This means: stay away! Is it worth the possibility you will end up like the numerous unsatisfied customers of their past?

 

I'm not sure if the store is under new management or not, but I ordered my parts from them last Friday. They shipped it out the same day and I received it this Tuesday on time. In my case, customer service was excellent and they had good communications. They did price match matching as well and went below another vendor's sales price here.
