I'm @ la mirada waiting inline for the H1N1 shot. I'ven seen some 350z in the parkinglot.. The lady said that there's about 2000ppl here and its going to be a 2-3hr wait!

i ended up leaving after 1hr.. there were about 7 rows going back and forths at the back section (which where i was). In 1 hr i moved up 1 row.. so i estimated 6hrs for the next set of rows then to the main section of the line towards the line another 1-2hrs..

i'll just go to the baldwinpark next week...and arrive there early to beat the rush.

 

I was thinking about going but I heard the lines were ridiculously long....do they even have enough to go around?

 

Flu vaccines are unpredictable; it may be life-threatening for one but totally safe for another. The H1N1 is a sub type of the Spanish Flu from 1918. From what I remember (not 100% accurate), there is a rumor out there stating that the government is trying to eliminate the problem of over population in this world. What better tool to use than the H1N1? Again, it's just a conspiracy. But hey, anything is possible. Just because a group of people "govern" our nation and supposedly "care" for our people, it doesn't mean that they would really do what's best for us. When greed and desire come into minds of a ruler, anything is possible. Don't benefit the government and become the guinea pig! Haha I'm sooo off topic, don't believe any of the crap I just said

 

You probably have a bigger chance of getting the Swine flu from such a large gathering of people that are waiting to get the vaccine then if you just stayed home and didn't get the vaccine.

--->At cutting in line for a shot like this where thousands of people (including children) are waiting . Just go early like a responsible person and you will get your shot. Look up the locations in Orange County as well if LA is too packed.

I went to Fullerton college yesterday and they had around 3500 shots to give out. To give you an idea on how long it took at this location...I was the 800th to 900th person in line and I waited about 2 hrs once the facility opened. I got there at 8:15 when the starting time was 10am.

 

you might as well just wait til your work gets their shipment
since staff gets priority for the shot

 

yeah i'm going to wait for it.

but next weekend, i'll be going with my mother to the baldwinpark location next week for her shot. (i might get mine also if i don't get it at work by then)

 

Crazy as it sounds...but I agree. I think I will take my chances and not get the shot this year.

i'm probably not going to be getting the swine flu shot... probably not going to be able to wait that long and not in the priority group. i'll just kick it with malice... he'll protect everyone from the swine flu. lol.
