Anybody knows how to get a hold of ken from shineauto? Tried their work number but nobodys picking up. Anyone out there??? Messages him to but nothing. Thank you in advance.

i ordered a piece from him last week and he emailed me right away and we spoke on the phone... THIS week, i had no luck getting a hold of him though when i called for shipping info... but i already received my parts so im good

 

try calling him in the afternoon usually better

 

might be out at lunch? ive called shine twice and theyve picked up both times.

 

I noticed it being kind of spotty to get ahold of him but when you do the service is great and the parts arrive quickly and in tact .. lol.

try calling at different times during the day. I reached him around 1pm pst when I called I believe.

 

Your good......no worries...he just a little tied up at the moment with projects but let me assure u the integrity of ken and shine auto are second to non. Like they said....when u do get a hold of him u will be taken care of the right way!!!

I heard he can be hard to get a hold of at times, but it's because he's busy probably working on his products, or with a customer. The quality of his products are the best so just be patient with him. It'll be worth while in the end.

 

all i know is... we need some new shine shiet... spoilers.... hoods... aero parts that havent been done yet!

Picking up my second kit from him this Saturday. He's picked up his phone and responded on AIM. Probably dealing with too many things going on at once.

 

i hope so... it'd be nice to have a different hatch to choose from besides either oem or asuka "style"... i'd def rock a shine SBC if they built it right.
