I had a rude awakening this morning when I went outside and saw this:



I've had a flat tire in the past so I assumed it was something I ran over. I tried to inflate the tire and realized this gash in the sidewall.



So this is how I'm rolling until I can find another rear tire (275-35-19), it's kinda funny and I've been getting some strange looks today.

If you've ever wondered how the spare tire looks with a 20mm spacer and extended lugs, you now know. LOL!!





My Z is too low to park in my garage, so I park it in my driveway under a car cover.

On the subject of who it could be, I called out some local kids last week as they were knocking over trash cans in my neighborhood and they were pissed about it, but I don't know who else it could be. I live in a really quiet and isolated neighborhood and no one else has had any issues so it's quite puzzling.

I'll be filing a police report but I just hope this doesn't happen again otherwise I will put up a surveillance system and catch the bastard myself.

On a side note: another culprit could be the 1,000's of ricers I've put on blast in my ricer thread

Thanks Greg, I just wish they would have slashed the other side instead since that was the older tire.

Thank God they didn't slash one of the fronts, those are like 4 months old.

Not recently, no one knows where I live except a few people.

My area is really, really quiet but there are some little spoiled rich kids with too much time on their hands I'm sure it was one of them.

That really sucks man. Just be glad it wasn't all four then you would be really screwed. I hate haters, scratch up my CF hatch and it has been an eye sore ever since.

The worst part is that fact that my driveway is so steep I can't just change the tire and put the spare on. I had to drive it down a block and change it on a level surface. I then didn't have the right tools to remove the lugs but a neighbor that has a modded Evo MR offered to help out and loan me a breaker bar.

Sorry about your hatch Robert, that's just terrible. I wish people would respect other people's property.

Just filed an incident with the police and found out that the culprits slashed the tire through my car cover. What a bunch of dumbasses!!
