Every time I go down to San Diego I hit up the Gaslamp district. It's a few city blocks of bars, clubs and restaurants.

There are a few but not any Z specific ones. Most are filled with kids and burn outs so i stay away from them. Z32 club races at Mirimar speedway go carts every second wednesday of the month. I have gone a few times and its lots of fun. They always start at night though so it ruins the whole hang out and check out cars thing.
