SSgt of Marines here badrun. As brothers in arms, we appreciate everything you guys do for us, and I can only hope for your safe return. Where are you located? Helmand, Kandahar, Kabul? My Marines and I will be headed down later this year. Keep your head down out there, and don't worry... These roads aren't going anywhere! There will be plenty of time for modifying and cruising when you get back. God Bless Brother.

 

we are in helmand, im up north currently but i seem to be bouncing around a bit due to lack of docs... but it is what it is. we are relieving 1/3 right now who you with ssgt?

 

You have to keep an open mind out there, so many changes to support mission requirements... Funny you mention that you are relieving 1st Batallion, 3d Marines, I came from that unit not too long ago... I am with Comm Squadron 38 now, looking to kick azz in your local Kandahar area soon enough. You guys are doing great things out there, keep up the great work. Keep your fellow Corpsman and Marines out there motivated, all will pay off in the end. When you get back, let me know. Drinks and a trip to your strip club of choice is on me.

 

I hope 1/3 took care of our AO after they relieved us! When we left, things weren't as bad as they were when we did the push into there. Stay safe!
