So i'm planning on coming out to the track on the 15th with some buddies. Is there anything special i need to do to get signed up for the competition?

 

nope no need for anything additional

jus make sure you get a transponder for timing

dont forget your tow hook

if you dont have a helmet extremespeed can lend you one

 

+1 Everything Brian said is spot on! Just try to have fun, we're not there trying to break track records. We're there for a day of racing & having fun at the same time.

 

Cool thanks for the heads up I have the helmet and tow hook checked off my list already. Should be a lot of fun i'm looking forward to it.

I had a great time this past weekend at Willow Springs. Thanks for putting on a safe and fun event.

Where can I see the results for the Z competition from this past weekend? It was hard to see where I stood with the other Z's that were there since we were all in different run groups.

 

same here, had an amazing time yesterday. only wish more z guys came out but i had tons of fun hanging out with good guys. BEN im sad you didnt come brotha we would of had fun lol. i had a good time putting bmws to shame

We had an announcement for all the Z/G participants in the competition to meet me (Arin) in the building. Unfortunately only two participants showed up. If there were more members who were competing, please PM me or email me your information at sales@track-star.net. Remember, in order to qualify for the competition, the vehicle must have had timing.

The information I need is the following;
- Year, make, model of Z/G
- Modifications (at the time of the race)
- Class you were running in
- Full name

 

can you recommend a transponder?

 

Depends on the price you want to spend. I have a XT racing transponder if you're interested. $100 takes it.

 

Sorry I couldn't make this one. Although the SV Spring Mountain event was good, it is not the time attack of old. Oh well.

So I ran a 1:27.599 ccw. funny part is I got my hot lap while it was raining. that was scary lmaoo

Nice lap time..very competitive and even more impressive in the rain.

The event was good (no rain and actually cool for Pahrump) but turnout, especially on Sunday, was lower than normal. I am planning to make the June extremespeed event...hope to see you there.

 

Finally got my car car pretty much together and signed up for June 12th. My brakes and coils put me in Mod class but since it's a big slow G35 sedan 5A/T can I plz run my R888's?
