Redline Time Attack/Circuit Battles/PTCC at Cal Speedwa
This weekend at California Speedway (Autoclub Speedway) will be the next round brought to you by www.redlinetrackevents.com , a few forum names will be racing to include Scott from Fontana Nissan, the rest of the Fontana Nissan crew will be out with the GTR and 350Z, Mike Bonanni driving the Berk BMW, the guys from www.thmotorsports.com will be out with their Sti and AM Performance is bringing out a car or two and many others.
This years events are so much better than last years as far as spectating goes. The circuit battles are off the hook, 2 laps of wheel to wheel racing, the drivers have to let it all hang out, some really ballzy passes, no cat n mouse racing, just a hard charge with no room for error.
The PTCC field is supposed to be a huge one this time, everyone is finally getting there cars together. Basically they are "tuner" cars that are prepped for wheels to wheel racing. None of the Nasa or SCCA rules crap, where some bushing can put you in a class with $250k cars. Just power to weight and tires are the main specs.
Then the Time Attack, some complety off the hook built cars will be out to set lap records. Some people think its boring to watch, but there is plenty of other racing thru the day.
Last is also the Lotus Cup, another wheel to wheel race. Very equally prepped cars, makes some great racing action.
Come on out, the pits are always open. Meet people, talk cars, watch races. Also bikini contest, to break up the day of cars. See you out there.

Very sick sentra! I will definitely be there Sunday, anyone else gonna be there for sure? I'm in a 07 Redline 350z. I'll roll in around 845 but maybe a little earlier if a few of you guys want to meet up beforehand.
I might come Sunday to see you run that B13. Good luck to you and other Nissan heads this weekend.
