Does anyone know if there is an issue at the shop? And if Ray still works there?

I had an order of which half was delivered and I have been unable to get any email feedback from Ray for the past week. I also included other email addresses that I could find on the site, still no response.

Being outside the US, I don't really want to phone due to costs.

 

I 've always bought from them. Have always had good customer service pretty sure ray is still there. I would def call.

 

took 3 days to get my motordyne kit, all well with free nismoshop lanyard

 

Call and ask for Scott, I'm pretty sure Ray is no longer there.

 

I saw Ray the other day at the Pro Motion mini meet a week ago. I think he still works at West Covina. I didn't really ask if he did, just assumed...

I think he would have told me if he got a different job...I could be wrong though!

I'm pretty sure Ray is still there. Talked to him while he was at work not too long ago.

I also saw him and his lady at the Motion Mini Meet, he didn't mention anything about leaving.

 

What happened to Jeff Hess?

 

Emailed all addresses on the site while I am in Cape Town, and seems that they either don't get it or ignoring it.

Service was good up to the point of enquiring about the missing part of the order.

 

I have Ray's personal cell, I will call him for you. Can I get your info(order number and name would be fine)?

 

Thanks for the offer Rubicant. I got feedback from Melissa and the rest was sorted out. Still not sure what happened, but at least it has been sorted.

I will prob still buy from them again as the overall experience was good
