Nissan in France broke my Mine's lip carbon and I want to order an other one.

I need my first invoice from EVO-R to have my money back from Nissan but Jay is not answering for a copy of it

 

The last PM I received from Jay was on November 27th and it was following up on my order with delivery details.

I haven't heard/seen anything since. GL.

Oh well, I think I am one of the 1000 unhappy customers of Jay. I purchased a Blitz half carbon spoiler 3 months ago and haven't seen it yet. I've sent him at least 20 emails and I've called him multiple times ( he never answered the phone) I also left him multiple voice mails asking him to call me back which he hasn't done yet. He did reply to one of my emails after 5 weeks I purchased the spoiler saying that the spoiler was at the shop being painted. That was almost 2 months ago. I opened up a dispute but Paypal closed it because it was past the 45 days they give you to dispute a transaction. agrrrrrrr. I do not what to do. He doesn't respond to my emails nor calls. The worst part is that I paid $540 dlls for that spoiler. I am about to call Bank of America and dispute that charge but I kinda wanna wait and see if he is going to send it.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with these statements. I think I was lucky in that I actually did receive my carbon fiber dash kit (albeit poor fitting and requiring some sanding/filing) shortly after protesting here. Jay threw in a few extra goodies to make amends but the service is still severely lacking.

If you still choose to buy from Evo-R, be aware of what you're in for and the potential lengthy waiting period.

 

If someone honestly wants to buy from him after everything that has happened in this thread and others then that is just plain ignorance

Unless you buy from a vendor like The Z Store who stocks his stuff you should not be trying to buy from him directly

 

My problem is I never seen those CF canards for my 2006 stock front bumper in any place and any vendor....only through EVO-R.....
