Does anybody on here go to these things? I know its in a crappy parking lot but its seems pretty cheap and its the only thing that i can find that is close to San Diego... anybody got any info on this I.e. personal experience, ive been to the website... i know all that, but i was seeing an Oct. 30th event and wondering if its even worth going to

I've gone a few times in the Z. Its not really as cheap as you think it is after you pay membership fees and for multiple runs. It is fun but once I hit a real track day I lost intrest in AutoX. You only get 3-4 one lap runs which is just not enough driving time. Plus not too many Z drivers go to autoX because the rules depending on what class you want to run in give an unfair advantage for S2000 and New gen. Miatas. But if you are just looking to do a few fun runs and dont care about competition then its a cool way to spend a day.
