I'm trying to figure out why no HB meet was scheduled for this year... easily one of the more popular Z & G meets... would like to know how many people might be interested in attending...

I can also personally round up a few sponsors for give-aways... maybe a few bumpers/kits/lips/shirts/hats/turbos/stickers/lugs and more items available from these sponsors...

if I can get a decent list i will contact some sponsors asap and get a list generated and start the actual thread.

would want about 3-4 weeks notice....

I would go if there was a meet. I've never been but have seen pictures from previous meets and it always looks like a lot of cars show up.

 

If i can get a solid 30 people on this forum by whenever and I would then go start to cross promote it the the G & 370 community and launch the event... I have 3 companies that would be willing to donate some raffle stuff already and have a list of 10 other companies I will call... just need to see what the support level would be like on the Z side...

I will set the event 30 days from the point of 30 cars expected to attend

I been to the HB meet 3 years in a row and it has slowly died down. A majority of the people were complaining about paying for parking and speed bumps (only one big one by the entrance, not really a big deal).

Either way, I've always enjoyed going. Beach+cars, can't beat that! I'm down, if I have my car done in time.

 

I'm so down for that....it is really a cool meet.....Just people complain to much....its never perfect for them ya know...

As stated, if I can lock Down a solid 30 people then that would be enough to start advertising to larger sponsors and trying to gain their support...
