i got into an accident about 2 weeks ago. ive received the claim number from the other party but they told me i have to get an estimate before they finish their investigation. so this morning, i went to a bodyshop (oc bumper and body) to get an estimate but the guy told me that they dont deal with aftermartket bumpers. i have a chargespeed bumper from dtm (previous accident), but they are too far away. im looking for a shop near irvine area that does work with aftermarket bumper. any recommendation?? please help!!

legally, you can goto any body shop you want. the one you first picked seems lazy.... you should call Corner3 or Gruppe-S and ask who they recommend down there in the OC

 

+1. If they don't want to deal with after market bumper, they don't deserve your business!

 

Legally you have the right to use ANY body shop whatsoever. The fact that the body shop didn't want to "mess" with it, means they probably have no to hardly any experience.
