Hey everyone...

I was wondering if anyone here knows of a place in the OC that
rents stick shifts.

I want to teach my wife how to drive stick...so that she can drive the Z, but I am not too keen on letting her learn on the Z.


any tips are greatly appreciated!!!!

 

you can actually try budget near the LAX airport.

or some place that rents the miata.

Try some of the off brand small car rental places. I had the same idea of renting a stick shift to teach my daughters. I ended up buying an old Honda Accord 5 speed for $1,500. I figured, it would be cheaper to buy one at that price and sell it for what I paid for it than to spend couple of hundred $ to rent one. I still have the Honda and use it as my commuter. I'll sell it and maybe get a bike later....

 

yeah there are a lot rentals around LAX area... sport cars!
