Need smog help my 350z brothers

It's been a while since I've been on the forum. I sold my 350z years ago, and was out of the car scene for quite some time. I got a buddy
who decided to get back into the scene, who now resides in So Cal. 
Could you please recommend an enthusiast friendly shop for a single turbo car? It's early 90's model, with a cat, but don't know if it would pass the sniffer. Will definitely fail visual.
Any recommendations will be held in the strictest confidence. My buddy can go anywhere in OC/IE, basically anywhere in so cal that is LEGIT. If you can recommend a legit place and he goes there, my buddy will paypal you a small gift.
