If you don't mind a bit of an excursion you could head out to Julian for some pie via Highland Valley road, several nice twistie sections there but you have to check it out when theres little traffic, other wise it wont be any fun.

If you stop on the way, you could do the Ortega Hwy(74) run.
Just take 5N to Ortega Hwy exit. Turn Left.
Takes you from the 5 to the 15 (San Juan Capistrano to Lake Elsinore). It is an incredible drive. It is considered one of the most dangerous stretches of road in CA, so be careful.
