Does it have the infamous high idle that won't go away?

You need to flash your ECU to an 2008 ECU.

I had this issues years ago. I had replaced MAF sensors, both throttle bodies, and yet to no avail. Only then my tuner flashed the ECU to an 08' ECU and the idle relearn was successful on the first try.... Nissan wouldn't fix it so my tuner had to sort it all out.
