Default Paintless dent removal

Yesterday while coming home from Elegant Wood Design i was driving past Cypress College when someone threw a half full plastic bottle of coke at my car. It hit the passenger door about half way between the mirror and the body line. Scared the hell out of the wife and I. We never saw who threw the bottle. And when it hit it made a very hellava bang. I pulled the car into a parking lot to find a pretty good size dent and rash marks for about a foot and a half down my door. We were both upset and couldn't imagine why someone would do this. I only knew what hit us by going back and looking along the roads edge. Well we headed home ( just a few blocks) and i was able to wash off all the plastic rash down my door, still leaving the dent. My wife called a place out of the phone book named Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal and Jeff ( i think the owner ) said bring it on down. He took about 45 min. having me turn my car several times so he could work on the dent with the sun at differant angles. By the time he was done the dent was gone. I highly recommend this shop and Jeff.

Sorry to hear that some cowardly a$$hole threw a bottle at your car. Glad to hear that the dent was repaired!

I'm sorry to hear that. My car got keyed at school too. If I caught anyone keying other people car, I'm going to beat that guy up for sure. So how much did Jeff charge you to remove the paintless dent?

He charged $95 to remove the dent, which i felt was very fair. They do have mobile units and just moved to a new shop. I will post the phone number when i get home tonight, i have his card there.

For peeps in the OC area. I finally got my door ding out after about a year. Had to get it out for the IAS show... but he did a great job... for those who seen my door ding... it's un-noticeble now.
He does a lot of the cars at the local tuner shops here in OC area. I know Apex-i always calls him. And his prices aren't bad.
If anyone needs his info PM me

I've used a company called 911 Dent Removal out of the Woodland Hills area. I dont have his number handy, buy you can look it up in Local Yahoo. He will travel to you, and charged me $100 for a flawless door ding removal. It was a nice half-dollar sized dent from a big-*** truck door.

Default It works

I have used paintless dent removal on another car, and it works great. The Z is a magnet for trouble, and because it has no protective strips on the doors, for sure some old phart is going to ding your door as he crawls out of his Cadillac and tosses that big spring-loaded door your way.

Hey kbirdsong -

Where do you get carbon fiber "B" pillars? The stock b pillar covers scratch very easily (a paper towel will mar them).

I got them here, and just picked up the mirror parts from them too. Just haven't put them on yet.
