So Mr. W.Suarez ...

Buho is owl ... and a tecolote is a type of owl found here ... so people around here just seem to call an owl a tecolote ... similar to how people call a copy machine a Xerox (or used to) ...

in effect ... I was not wrong .. nor was I right... rather we shall call it a misread

Ok fellas....game time. So my wife tells me she bought me something for my car that costs in the neighborhood of $250. She won't tell me what it is. As far as I know the only person she knows to order anything for my car from is Greg Vogel. On his life he swears he has no orders for me or my wife in his system. He would tell me if he did cause he has in the past. I'm getting a bit scared right now. To add to the mystery she paid for it cash it seems as I checked her online bank statement and there was no $250 or close to that purchase from anything resembling a car parts vendor. To make it even worse she called me a little bit ago and said she wants to give me the gift tonight as opposed to tomorrow because "she can't wait any longer" . I am utterly confused and very afraid. I would hate to hurt her feelings if I don't like it but she knows DAMN good and well I don't accept any gifts for my car unless I pre-approved them. Whats the most frightening is that she said she had to stop by Walmart on her way home to get part of my gift. Now that REALLY scares me. I have a feeling the "for my car" thing is just a front for really getting me a cheap Boston Terrier or Pug but I don't know. She seems adament its a car gift. Any ideas as to what it could be. Closest one gets dinner on me next Tuesday...

Dunno, but I'd be scared too. Maybe its some neon!! Or a big spoiler!! I'm sure Walmart has all sorts of cool stuff for your car! I really don't know what it could be that would only cost $250 though. Better practice faking your excitement, or prepare your "thanks, but uh..." speech for later!

No faking. Anyone who has heard me on the phone with my wife knows damn well I speak my mind. Especially is she bought me something for my car that I think is lame. She knows I'm **** about my car and what parts go on it. Shut up Chad that does not extend to wiring of my gauges And Jim don't even begin to speak about gauge wiring after I saw your system...

Thats fine with me... I've always liked the name Lou for a dog. Maybe its a carry over from listening to Sublime so much..
