Damn weather's going emo....

Rob...I guess this means I'll just have to wait for next week.

[(400whp + RWD) + rain] - (TCS + VDC) = BAD

Nah .. Rob will prolly still take you for a ride ... but I suggest waiting for Rob's sake ...we don't want you defecating in his passenger seat when he does a 60 degree drift at 50 miles in hour

Well Ray was serious. But how are these B&G's ? Or are they only worth the dinner? Anyway I still have to wait and see what happening with the G. We'll see.

Later,

Ray

I'm not worried so much about the 60 degree drifts, or the throttle induced 360's, or the inevitable freeway speed chase, but that I'd want to just plop 5 grand right there for the Turbonetics kit.

JBA makes a nice header. I can't speak to their exhausts as I haven't seen or heard them. Go Banks dude. Greg just ordered some...

I have heard that Banks is pretty loud ... not looking for that really ... just a nice performance increase.

I have seen dynos already for these from these Frontier ..... I/E puts these trucks 4x4 in the high 230s.

I am waiting to see the headers for the 4.0 from JBA ... they are claiming ~25/25 for the full exhaust/header combo ... for around $850

you down for some wrenchin? as expected ... I'll bring some makers

Hmmm... that's a tough one. Probably. But, only under the context of me having an SUV. So, if I had to choose one, Audi, SUV or GTI, I'd go with the SUV. But since I have that now, I want a GTI. We still have our 89 GTI, but I don't think it's fair to have 2 Nissans and 1 VW... so we should just even it out. What's another $20K???

Yeah, the A4's been gone since new years. So's the beater '86 GTI in favor of an '89 and now Jonelle just picked up a new Pathfinder. As for the new GTI, don't need a $28K track car when I can build up the '89 instead for a lot less money!

We sold the Audi as is. Got a really good price for it, so that was good. Now she gets to start over on the Pathy. She already has a laundry list of goodies going!

What is her list of things to do???

I am planning some light mods .. and a killer stereo of course. I'll be down sometime after I finish this to show it off for sure. Scored about ~$4k of stuff here at work ... so this thing is gonna be insane

I just got off the phone with Mickey Thompson ... they are going to be releasing the Classic Series wheels in the new 6 x 4.5" bolt pattern for the Frontier/Pathfinder/Xterrra in the next month or so .... 16, 18 and 20" fitments

I'm looking at 18s with some 33" BFG AT KOs or some Bridgestone REVOs

Well, she already got the new grills from Greg, then the DVD system needs to be wired to show up on the nav screen along with iPod integration, and then of course, some 22's. It will just be a nice cruiser. It probably won't see any real offroad use. We have some friends with a Toureg that we beat on offroad.

Yes. Nobody really goes to Kmart (or Sears Essentials, or whatever they call it now) anymore. Straight to Fusion.
