****EA is looking for a great sounding 350Z for the next Need for Speed Underground***

Electronic Arts is performing an open audition call for the purpose of engine sounds for their next Need for Speed Underground game. This is a chance to have your car heard in the game! We are looking for a great sounding hi horsepower (but less then 420hp) 350Z. Sorry no turbo's or automatics

WHEN ?: Saturday June 26th, between 10am and 2pm

WHERE ?: SHINESTREET, INC, 20925 BONITA ST, CARSON, CA, USA

After we audition and choose your car, we'll be recording it on the spot on a Dynapack system (www.dynapack.com). You will be compensated accordingly. If you have any questions or are going to come, please email: cdeenen@ea.com with the specs of your car.

Without turbo or FI of any sort you could have moved that HP Limit to 300hp

I haven't heard many Zs that didn't sound great, but my suggestion is to pick a stock or NISMO exhaust. The sound of those two is signature 350Z.

 

If you know of any in S-cal, send them over ! I think we have 1 350z coming, but we don't know how it sounds like yet

Nice Jason. Aggressive and retains the signature sound!

 

I have access to alot of exhaust systems which I have explained in a PM...

We can use stock cars all the way to changing around the configuration on mine...

those audio clips do not include my recently installed headers which make the car sound even stronger...

I have done sound design and music for video games inthe past hehe

Thank you all for replying. It'll be great to see you at the recording. We're also looking for G35's. Does anybody have any contact with tuned/upgraded G35 owners in So-cal ?

Very interesting ... sounds like fun. I've got a moded G35 6mt sedan if that qualifies.

Probably for the sounds of shifting (difference between tranny and gearing)... you can almost always identify who is driving AT and MT with a discerning ear....
