Wrecked!!!
#3
I'm okay.... I was at the intersection when the light turned green and i proceeded .. then the next thing I know ... BLAM!!!
I'm now the proud driver of a Chevy Malibu.....
I don't know if the car is a totalled my insurance company is going to get back to me tomorrow.. We'll I guess I'm screwed either way. If it's totalled then im out the about 8 grand because of the current value. If it isn't then the car is repaired and the car will never be the same again.
So if there are any insurance adjusters out their... What is considered a "Total Loss"?
I MISS MY Z !!!!!

I speak from experience (in a BMW). Please take my advice:
Your insurance co. will want to fix that wreck, because it is cheaper than totalling it. You want it totalled so you can get a new Z. DO NOT under any circumstances, take it to a body shop your ins. co. recommends. Have it towed to the body shop of a Nissan Dealer. Tell them you want it totaled and will buy the new one from them (you don't have to). They will give you a high estimate.
Then go find the used car sales manager at the Nissan dealer. Show him the wreck and ask him "now that you have seen the damage, would you sell this car on your lot if it was repaired?" He should say "no way." Tell your ins. co. that. Fight!!!
Good luck. Glad you are OK.

glad you are ok...
did your air bags deploy?
one of our customers car's was in a not so bad accident but the air bags deployed... the initial estimate was less then totaling out the car... but after getting it fixed was well over the amount they would have totaled the car out...
