To get this rolling, if you are a definite and ready with money, please EMAIL me at zuprcarAThotmailDOTcom (sub the @ and .) with your name, forum handle, car description, payment method, and how many tickets you will be needing (car club and/or regular admission).

I would like to try and get the initial registration done by the first week of August. Deadline to participate as a club member is October 31.

Uh, a couple things. August is probably too early. We don't even have the 20 confirmed yet. We have until October so I'd think sometime in September as a deadline would be better in terms of securing 20 definite shows as needed for the club event.

And, I maybe wrong but, as far as payment, we need to make sure that the checks, credit card or whatever, are payable to JGTCUSA care of our club. That way, no one has the risk of having to deal with the payments and no one has to worry their money is going to somewhere other than JGTCUSA.

What do you think?

Ok, I was under the assumption that you wanted to sign up early to get a "good spot". I also thought there might be people that wanted to go but were too shy to put their name down on the list.

Payment is to be made to PARAMAX, the marketing/consulting company that is running the event. Their website is www.paramaxusa.com if anyone wants to know more about them. They will be keeping a list of all the members and individual payment information. You can contact them directly for doing secure credit card payments. I will also request a receipt and a copy will go to everyone.

Yeah, I do. But, we have to face the reality that it will take some time to get 20 definites. Great deal letting us know about Paramax. Thanks for the great work.

I'm sure that I'll be there in some capacity, but it is entirely possible that I won't have the Roadster any longer.

[hijack]Although I realize it's not quite the same thing, there's a 6-hour endurance race at Buttonwillow this Saturday (July 24) for all you hard-core road racing fans. There's another thread already posted in this forum with details.[/hijack]
