LBSOHK, sorry man. I would like to help out, as I used to live around Irvine. However, I am leaving So Cal in 5 days now... and I still have to sell my car, buy a used suv, and pack my ****. Oh, and spend my last few days with my gf who is not relocating with me.

If this guy is the scammer that he appears to be right now, I'd hate to see a forum member get into any kind of trouble. Going over to the house might not be safe, even if it's only to take pictures.
The crime is substantial and should be handled by the proper authorities.
Bob, Daytona, that's especially addressed to you nice young fellows.

Dan I think our advice has fallen on deaf ears...
Haven't we learned from big budget action adventure movies? Revenge always works and the bigger the explosions the less likely your hair is to get messed up!

You guys that are checking out the address, be safe. Or, at least, listen to that song...Bad, bad, Leroy Brown before you head out. Jigsaw puzzles in the ER suck.
