US Wheels, San Diego CA <-- Highly recommend
I just had my SF Challenges painted by Herb @ US Wheels in San Diego, CA (actually they are in Santee to be specific).
I'm really satisfied with their work. They do rim repair, painting, polishing for a good price.
I paid about $120 a wheel for a 2 stage paint job. If you've ever since the detailing on the SF Challenges, it's a lot of work.
So those looking in the area to get some work done, check them out.
Hope that helps for those looking for a good wheel shop.

I would call them up and ask. Paul or Carlos can probably help you. (Paul is friendlier)
