Man I got there too early.. 7pm and everyone did not show up until at least 830pm..

Yup they flaked on us. Not a bad turnout, however (bigger than last time). Before I left I counted close to 40 cars. Quite a few evo's and sti's showed up this time, and definitely more Z's. Pics should be up soon.

 

i called nick last night and he said that the supras had opted to go to palmdale or something to run drag. regardless, the turnout was great, as was the company. i counted something north of 40 cars, when i left at 10 pm, TONS of Bimmers. the place is still up in the air for next week, saint and i will be working closely with the supras, evos, and bimmers, to organize something for next thursday. location at this time is still unknown, but fuddruckers is deff not out of the picture... let us know what you think.

 

Also had some Audi turn out so let me know and I can have my friends post in the Audi forums as well.

 

who invited the bmw guys? Last night pretty much near the end when there was only a few ppl left, me a couple audi guys etc, well one pf the bmw guys decided to do donuts in the parking lot.

 

maybe we will have to go elsewhere, the manager specifically told me to tell everyone not to do that. fing bmws. il see whats up and give everyone an update.

 

alright yall heres the deal. this weeks 818 meet will consist of 2 things, you can come to one, or both or none. the first part will consist of a late afternoon early evening angelest crest run, followed by the fuddruckers parking lot. no official roped off meet, but as you have seen from the last 2 weeks parking there is not a problem. the run would leave from the rosebowl parking lot no later than 715, due to light availabilty. and would show up at fudruckers in caravan somewhere in the neighborhood of 830. nick has posted this on his forum (supra forums as well). I will put up a post tomorrow with the final details, but you can start the name list of people who want to go on this page until that one is drawn up with final details. hope to see you all out there.

I'm running a cross-country race at College Of The Canyons at 7:00, but I'll probably be ready for a burger and shake when I'm through! I'm bummed I'll miss the Crest run - that's my kind of event. Be careful up there with all of the Antelope Valley commuters.

 

eep i wont run angeles crest in the day anymore, too dangerous.

 

Don't know if I can make the run but I will try to make it to Fuddruckers
