Default Stance GR+ true coils with EXTRAS!!!

Hey everyone, I'm selling my 6 month old suspension setup because I put my car back to stock. Everything is in good working order and in almost new condition. The stuff on the threads is anti-seize. All still under 1 year warranty. I want to sell everything together at the moment. Here's a list of everything included..

Stance GR+ true coils
Stance rear dampening extension *****
Stance Toe Arms
Stance Camber Arms

$1400 shipped inside the lower 48 states takes it!

Thanks for looking.

Wow, someone is going to be all stanced out.

I just purchased all of these items in the past week for my car (following a little encounter with wet roads + bald tires + a ditch while on the way to the tire shop). I paid quite a bit more in total than your asking price, so I would have loved this deal a week ago.

GLWS, that's a great deal for someone.

Alright, I am halfway interested in this. Although I came across this before I could educate myself more on suspension. I have an 07 Nismo, and was in the market for coilovers. Is this a good setup? Besides the coils I don't even know what the other stuff is.

EDIT: Also, will any mods need to be done to accommodate any of it?
EDIT2: Would this lower my car? Just wondering. Can't go too low because of where I live.

Let me see if I understand this now:

The Stance camber arms are needed to adjust camber because camber is not adjustable unless you have aftermarked camber arms.

The Stance toe arm is needed because the rear coil and shock are separate so the toe arm deletes the spring bucket that you no longer need.

And the coilover + extension arm for adjustment are self expanitory.

Awesome I understand that now. (I think..) I read somewhere else someone was talking about having to modify the mounting for the aftermarked coilover, would you have to do that with these Stance coilovers?

One last question I swear, I am mechanically inclined, could I install this myself?

Thanks Sparkle for that link. I have actually skimmed over it before but without anything to be specifically looking for I didn't understand much.

EDIT: The article also highly suggests buying upper control arms for the front aswell if you're going to lower your car so that you can get the front aligned properly. Am I reading this correctly?

Mike, definitely PM me with any further questions... I just don't want to hijack OP's thread. But here are the anwers in case it helps anyone else justify this purchase for their car.

OEM is adjustable, but only with the eccentric bolts, and not enough to pull it back into specifications so that you don't get weird tire wear. Aftermarket provides a greater amount of adjustment, which is necessary for lowered cars to be pulled back into spec.

The Stance toe arm is needed because the rear coil and shock are separate so the toe arm deletes the spring bucket that you no longer need.
Not needed, but is preferred so you can get rid of the crappy eccentric washers/bolts (they will slip at times, and bye bye alignment). Then you can use lockout washers instead that can't slip (since your arms are now adjustable, you don't need the eccentric stuff anymore for adjustments).

Not necessary.

I literally am doing all of this myself right now with my car on jack stands in the garage. There are DIY's in the Suspension DIY sub-forum, so if you have jack stands, a good jack, some good tools, you can do it. Since you can just drop the rear spring bucket arms, you don't even have to worry about a spring compressor in the rear. You can rent one from AutoZone cheap to do the fronts safely. That is in my opinion the only complicated part of the process.

Thanks Sparkle for that link. I have actually skimmed over it before but without anything to be specifically looking for I didn't understand much.
Nah, man... you asked the right questions. You understood more than most.

Not as necessary because the wear on the fronts when dropped isn't as significant/costly as the rear, but if you want a perfect alignment with a decent drop - yeah, you should get that too. To be honest, most don't unless they track their cars because of the cost of those upper arms. You can go through a lot of front tires a little bit sooner than normal before you can make up the money for some nice A arms.

would these also fit a G35? I was thinking of buying the LX+ to keep the comfy ride, but how much different is the ride between the GR+ and LX+? I have the OEM sport suspension on my G35 already, so its kinda bumpy ride as it is...

Thanks,

- DM

I am not sure what the difference in the ride would be but I know a lot of different suspension products are interchangeable between the 350Z and G35.
