Default EVO, NISMO, Kinetix, & Whiteline Suspension Parts

I've decided to go a different direction than a Z, so everthing must go. Was building a car for the street. If I couldn't find any quality parts, I designed/modified them to suit my needs.

1) EVO Adjustable Front A-Arms that were setup for street use. Spherical bearings were pressed out, and Whiteline W52988 bushings were turned and then pressed in (see pic). A-arms were not modified in any way. Comes with the Spherical bearings if you chose to press them back in. Comes with some new hardware. A-arms were used when purchased, however are still one of the best you can find. Whiteline bushings are brand new. $500 plus PayPal Fees and Shipping. If you can find a better A-arm for the street, buy it. I couldn't.

2) NISMO Sway Bars, Front and Rear, P/N: 54600-RSZ30-US. On car for 3K miles. Car never driven in the rain, always garaged. Rear bar is scraped up where the bar fits over the exhaust, but is not damaged in anyway. Front bar looks as new. SOLD. Comes in orginal packing.

3) Brand new SPL Lockout Washer set, P/N: SPL EL Z33. $50 plus PayPal fees shipped.

More to follow. Please PM me if interested.

Any idea how much negative camber you could get with those A-arms? With the bushings pressed out, they might be perfect (legal) for SCCA's BSP class. Is there a metal sleeve in the Whiteline bushings or all polyurethane?

Those are the arms off my car. I could get -4 camber out of them no problem. I deemed it not worth the effort to get them BSP legal.

Do you think they're BSP legal now with the Whitelines?

Those 350Evo A-Arms are still considered by many to be the holy grail for front camber correction! Nice price for a rare item! I'm sure they'll go fairly quickly.

I don't know anything about the whitelines, but I suspect no.

Whiteline bushings are synthetic elastomer bushings with an Aluminum shell just like the OEM bushings. If BSP allows poly urethane bushings, then these should be legal. Are the Kinetix Front A-arms BSP legal? If so, these would be as well.

The point of contention is the thickness of the metal in the inner sleeve of the bushing.

Default Modified Kinetix Rear Camber and Tension arms with Whiteline's

Sold car, everything must go. Planned to do Whiteline Bushings throughout car, but couldn't find any adjustable front or rear arms that are made with Whiteline bushings. Based on the Kinetix reputation, modified a set of Camber and Trailing arms to accept Whiteline Bushings. Consisted of removing bushing shells from the Kinetix, making the correct size shell to accept the Whiteline Bushings and welding them back into place. Professionally modified in a machine shop and then powder coated. Asking $300 plus PayPal fees shipped.

Please PM me if you have any further questions or better pics.

what is the benefit of the whiteline bushing over the bushing that kinetix offers?
considering that kinetix can be had for cheaper than this new?

As an engineer, I liked the whiteline design better. It is designed with an aluminum shell and is firmer bushing. Whiteline has one moving surface rather than the potential two or three that their competitors have, thus less chance for noise/squeeking.

Correct, they are NOT for VDC-equipped cars. I'm not sure why, but that's what NISMO says (I had th esame question a few days ago!).

Nissan only said the VDC thing because they had not properly tested the suspension on a VDC equipped car. It turns out there is no problem at all and THESE ARE TOTALLY SAFE TO USE ON ANY 350Z or G35.
