OP, you might want to mention that the springs/shocks are the Nismo S-Tune pieces, not OEM Nismo.

I was going to jump on this but now I am not sure, shocks that beat up cosmetically might have issues...Interested as to reason for such cosmetic damage...
reason for the cosmetic damage is because they been siting in my garage for about a year from moving them around in the garage they got the scratches, i am flexible on the price tho
Edit: The shocks seem to be in good condition. If they compress with equal resistance between left and right and rebound at roughly the same rate, then they should be good.
Shocks do wear out over time, but if they wear evenly between left and right and rebound equally at the same speed, they should be okay.
