Default [HOU] Anyone up for a meet Dec 17th or 18th?

I'm going to be in town next weekend for my extended family xmas party on 12/18. The party is at 1pm but is usually over by 5pm.

I'd prefer to meet Saturday. My schedule is completely wide open at this point. But could do something on Sunday afterwards too.

Anyone up for a get together?

For those that don't know me, I have an Evo now, but owned one of the pre-order Z's. I also put together one of the first 350Z meets in Houston. Howard (Apexi350z) can vouch for me.

Anyway, I'd like to meet some of the Houston crowd.

don't know if you guys have seen this or not........

https://my350z.com/forum/texas/157666-houston-g-and-z-ryders-december-meet.html

looks like we have at least 11 "non-cagers" and 5 or so G riders......a few Z riders as well......we are going to build bikes in the morning, meet for lunch somewhere close by and then a quick cruise......the only part that has been planned so far is the bike building....times and location in the attached post......i will look around for a good place for lunch.....any ideas for a cruise would be helpful

come on out! its a good cause for some needy kids!

Gryphin,

Well, i'll be staying on the north side, off 290 and barker cypress.

But I can go just about anywhere.

I was thinking more afternoon and maybe dinner after.

Shooter,

Unfortunately, I can't commit to a full day...I have recently been delegated work in the morning by my sister...at least she calls it "delegated."

I live just NW of downtown (Heights) but, see, I don't care where the meet starts because I can DRIVE my Z to it, and have lots of fun doing it. Up to a point, the farther, the better. I'll keep checking for location.

If you look in your toilet fast enough, you will see it, briefly.

Sorry guys, i've been extremely busy this last week.

I was hoping some of you Houston folks could recommend a good place. I haven't lived in Houston in many years and don't know the good meeting places.

The North side is fine with me. Any recommendations of a good meeting spot.
