Saw a Super Black Z on 281 N (San Antonio) Saturday :)
Hey.... sorry I didn't see the flash. How far up 281 did you go ? I was probably planning a lane change. This Z just wants to stay above 75 mph; the wife laughs when I tell her how hard it is to stay legal...

Geez guys, what's with all the SB's? I thought the silvers were the common ones, and the blacks were the rare ones.
I live within spittin' distance of 281 (near 410) and also have a SB.
You know, 4 SBs lined up would make a pretty neat photo.

Yeah indeed it would.
Maybe we should all meet at Chuy's or something one weeked and eat some food and admire each other's Z's.
Mine's still totally stock, so there's not much to look at. But really, I think the car(s) are so attractive, you don't have to really do anything for it to be eye-pleasing.

Jeffrey:
Mine's "Basic Black" - Base Model Black interior, 6Spd, only option is Aero Pkg.
Only mod so far is 3 piece chrome bar grille. I'm looking into buying 2-tone leather seats - black with frost suede inserts, to match the frost headliner, frost sun visors, and silver interior trim.
I remember responding to you in another thread, re the Z-Sport Hill Country Winery CruiZe (yeah, you live in the Hill Country).
Here's the lastest info I have:
"5th Annual Z-Sport Wine Lover's CruiZe"
Sat. Feb. 15 - Meet in Luby's parking lot on the corner of Loop 1604 and Blanco Rd. (NE corner of intersection) between 9:30 and 10:00am, with a departure at 10:00am sharp.
"We will travel to Sisterdale and Sister Creek Vineyards. After sampling a few of their wines, it is on up the road to the Grape Creek Vineyards (N of Luckenbach on 290), then to Becker Vineyards. From there we will go thru Fredericksburg to the Chisholm Trail Winery. Dinner is planned for around 6pm at the German-American Restaurant."
My wife and I have joined this CruiZe for the last several years (in our Z32-TT), and really enjoy it. How spirited the driving becomes depends on who's leading the pack. We especially like Becker's -
live music on an outdoor patio.
There is no charge for the CruiZe or wine tasting, and most places have free snacks - Becker's last year had exotic chocolate tasting. This is a Valentine's thing - instead of getting your honey flowers, etc., you get to cruiZe in your Z.

I cruise 281 between Thousand Oaks and San Pedro twice a day (M-F) to and from work. Only seen another Z (silverstone) once on 281, and that was on a Saturday morning.
I can relate to colez 75mph, except mines more like 80 (a better rpm for 6th gear).
Anyway, I'll be lookin' for all those SBs on 281...
Watch out for the brick!

Didn't go down to SA yes this weekend, although I probably will tomorrow.
Gonna slap a few more coats of Zaino on though.
I saw that black Z that Saturday at around 5:30PM or so heading N on 281.
