Will be in San Antonio, TX from May 15th-July 18th and was looking for some good places to check out when it comes to cars, racing, parts things like.
Any car shows or events going on during those dates in the area or surrounding area?

Any open tracks for street tuning, 1/4 runs or just general drag racing?

One other bit of info, how are Texas's speeding ticket laws?
Not that I plan on getting one and my radar detector works pretty good but in Missouri you can your tickets amended to non-moving violations with no points on license.
Just wondering if Texas had anything similar to this or what you guys do when you get a ticket?

While you are in Texas you might want to check out the 2006zccaconvention.com in dallas! I am going.

I am located on the north central part of s.a, and we have monthly Z meetings with Zsport.com

 

I would love to get up to Dallas for the convention but I have school M-F and it varies what time i get out from day to day.

will definately check out the Z club in s.a. bring back some pics to the Gateway Z Club here in St. Louis.

 

in texas if u get a speeding ticket, unless you get a lawyer it will more then likely be on record. If the judge is cool, he might give u deferred adjudication(probation). Anyways i live in SA, and every thursday night there is a meet at the I-10 and Wurzbach at the Bennigans parking lot. Meet starts at about 10pm. If you see a black Z out there with black wheels, holla at me. Anyways im out for now, ttyl.
