Okay...I'm looking around on ebay at some rims and then I came across this pic....some a-hole is using my Z in his advertising saying it's his Z and trying to sell the rims off of it...I couldn't believe what I was seeing...I don't know if I should e-mail this guy and go crazy!!! I just really couldn't believe it...lol...The main pic is my car, the other two aren't my car...HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!

Idwin...I know it's a stock 350z....but that is my exact car...I took that picture at my wifes job in there parking lot. I'm guessing the guy took it off of one of the websites that my car is on....

when something is posted on a public forum (car forums, discussion boards, myspace, etc) anyone can use the info and pictures b/c it doesnt have a copyright.. read the privacy statement

I mean I guess I really don't mind if my car is on the guys ebay...just shocked...that it....and why shouldn't I post pics of myself next to my Z? I know about the copyright stuff, I wasn't born yesterday...lol...I'm sure a lot of people get other peoples pics on other websites, and say its theres...lol...Oh well....It's all good I guess...as long as he isn't trying to sell my car, it's all good...

Yeah, let it slide; it's not like he's trying to sell your car and nowhere does he try to pass the car in the pic off as his car. He just found a nice pic he wanted to use as an example of what the rims look like. No big deal.

Well I'm 110% sure that is my Z...you can even see my employee parking badge hanging from my mirror...lol...so no doubts here...lol...Also, I don't care that the guy is using a pic of my car, I just said I was shocked...At first I felt kind of offended, but then after thinking about it, I could care less...

 

Report him to ebay they will take down his auction. Seriously do it.
