You should come to a meet. Most of us aren't like that.

Hey guys,

I'm in need of an alignment and most likely some TSB work (rear axle click)...

Anybody know if the people at Don Davis Nissan of Arlington are good enough for the job? Will they give me crap for a TSB job?

I would go Texas Nissan of Grapevine by where I work, but I'll need to do this on my day off, so Don Davis and Urban Nissan are my nearest dealers... Thanks for the help guys!

Shop Name: BaileysHyperformance
URL: www.bh-factory.com
Phone #:817-232-4242
Address: 1200 S Blue Mound Rd Suite 200, Saginaw,TX 76131
Dyno:no
Experience: I have been taking my car here for the last year for oil changes and basic modding so far. I plan to have him install my Turbo setup. The shop owner is very knowledgeable with any nissan. They have been doing RB swaps in 240's for a while and he is not afraid to jump into fabricating anything you want made. I have had nothing but good experiences with him. He does the best he can to beat any prices on performance parts that you need......
I would recommend him for any work that you would like done. A+++ The only thing he lacks is a Dyno
Tell him Eric sent you

I am looking for a good shop where I can either get H&R springs put on for cheap, or somewhere that will swap out my front springs if i bring in the strut assembly. I live pretty much in central dallas, around central (75) and northwest highway, so anywhere within a few miles of there is good. i already emailed jotech, T1, and a local Midas. I already asked my dealership, as well as grubbs's and both said no. any recommendations are greatly appreciated, i checked with everyone that was listed on here, but only a couple websites still worked.

StuLax18,

I haven't dealt with Jotech personally, but they have a pristine reputation. I don't know about their prices, but they are known for perfection.

If I do your install next time, would you give me 90% of what a shop would charge you?

Me? Probably not for 90%. They have a sweet setup, great rep, and really know their stuff. Saving 10 bucks wouldn't keep me away.

Now 50-60% of their cost and I'd def consider.

It was sarcasm. You could've done it yourself in about the same time (driving time back and forth + wait time in lobby for them to start + them actually working on it), learn how to turn a wrench (always good/fun, no?), and save yourself the gas/install fee.

And I'll do the work for 40% off their price, depending on what it is.

I'll hold you to that LOL. I live downtown and my "work area" is a pArking garage that I'm technically not even allowed to pop my hood in. So a diy isn't easy.

my FX is at Jotech now getting my H&R springs put on in the front. I talked to Tony and he was really nice and helpful. Can't wait to pick it up later today.

Update on Jotech:They were very nice and helpful. I dropped it off around 11, and it was ready by 5. Before you say this took too long, I told them that I could drop if off early and pick it up anytime before they close. Tony was very nice, and they even left an air freshener in my car. I also had them check my work on the rear springs, which of course was fine. I hope to go back sometime, just need to find something new to add

Default J&M Paint & Body

The shop is run by a good guy named Jose. He's done a few jobs for me in the past, and I've always had great results. I just picked up my car last night from getting my roof repainted. I had it painted black two years ago, and the original guy used too much hardener. This led to the paint cracking and flaking off pretty bad. I took it to Jose who stripped the paint down to metal and resprayed it to perfection. He also painted some valve covers and battery covers all for a very reasonable price.

He's done several full resprays for 16niss show cars, and all have come out immaculate. I've referred several other auto enthusiasts to get miscellaneous jobs done such as body kits, fender benders, fender rolling, and touch ups. He can do factory color, custom mixed colors, custom pearls, or any combination you can think of.

He's located right down the street from Lamborghini of Dallas (Royal/35). Give him a call at 214-392-2127. He may not always pick up, as he may be in the paint booth or something. So best bet is to call back 15-30 minutes later if you don't get an answer.
