These people have some nice cars in their group. I will be going to the ride on the 26th from Sugar Land/Houston area.

I would like to get a group of atleast 2-5 cars, (hopefully Zs) from the Houston area. Its about a 160 miles trip to the meeting point in Austin, and then ofcourse the ride itself is like 90 miles or so, and then another 125-150 miles coming back depending on where in Houston you live.

We've got less then 5 days to plan this out right, so if your interested in going and can meet some where in Sugar Land/Houston area. Hit me up!

The leader should be the guy in the yellow Lotus Elise with the blacked out rims, so i'm sure we all should be able to keep up Plus in the last few rides i remember seeing pictures of S2000s and RX8s, and we all know we can eat them up! So it should be fun.

If someone has a GPS system that would be great, he can play leader and we can all follow.

I hope we get several Zs out there this Saturday. Weather will be in mid-70s when the cruise starts @ 6:30pm. Who else is coming up from SA? I'm already in Austin that Saturday so I'll just link up with you guys at the meeting point.

I make it most months except for last month from the rain. I will be there, and in the 6-7 months of doing this, I haven't seen one deer. Lime creek is a fine drive if you don't drive dumb, know your car.

Those of you from Houston, if it's your first time on Lime Creek, like cadgod said, don't drive dumb. It would suck to have 40+ cars halt because someone wiped out.

 

whats up guys...just wanted to see if anyone from San Antonio is going...not sure if i'm going yet but if i do just wanted to see if any one from san antonio would want to meet up before taking off to austin....

 

I live in the SA area but I will be in Austin already on Saturday. I'll linkup with you guys at the meeting site. But we can all drive back to SA after the drive (or after dinner if we all decide to stay in Austin for that).

 

I wouldn't even think about keeping up with the Elise. Not only is the car evil, but the driver is an instructor and he knows what his car can do.

Remember this is not a race, but a drive through some very scenic routes. If you have cameras bring them. I would hate for anyone to get them or their car hurt/damaged.

 

Yeah right. Weather will most likely still be in the 90's at 6:30 PM. But I can only hope.
