Well, thanks to Hank(SA 350z Club President) and Colt(Top Notch Performance) we decided over a few beers to paint the car and go with a different look. I'm going 2 tone; redline/black. All of the hood, roof, and hatch to include the mirrors will be gloss black to match the wheels. The car is in the shop now and I will have it out at the meet tuesday at Chesters if any of you Z/G owners that are always looking for something to do want to come out. Hope to see you there!!!

awesome. but i think you NEED to drop it. the stock height is killing you. YUCK. other then that the paint would look hot. Go for it. Get carbon fiber doors and hood.

Ok...the 2 tone is done and it looks great!!! I am very pleased with the results. The hood, roof, hatch and mirrors are a perfect gloss black to match the wheels. By the way Phil, the car will be sitting 1" lower tomorrow on B&G springs.

i wouldnt think there would be much adjustment with only 1 inch? i'm sure it depends on the car but with my accord i had 1 1/2 drop and no need for ajustment, and with my civic i needed adjustment only after my motor swap and i had 2 1/2" (coilovers). my thought was anything more than 2" and you need adjustment, but i'm sure it depends on the car. well doc, post some pics of the Z after the drop....

I want to post pics but I've been out of town. Now that I'm back I need some sunshine to clean the car and get pictures. The drop was unable to happen due to a late delivery however, it will be accomplished this week in time for the show this saturday.
Serg.....I got your message but in in Lost wages(Las Vegas). Top Notch was going to have a meet this saturday but with the Austin show going on I'm not to sure.
