Be wary of stock looking black TTZs....they may run you down with
1/2 throttle (and have 2x the stock 350Z hp)

The black car is a sleeper.....as the driver put it "oh did he just
pick on the wrong 300"

Heh...yeah. This was sorta "unfair". We'd just set up the
boost controller in that car (with JWT Sport 600s) and were on
our way back to the shop when he revs on us.

Was fun, just trying to see if it was someone I knew.

 

I have not seen many fast 300's in Austin most of them are kinda junky! But I would love to see some nice ones that have been taken care of.

You beat Nixit? Good work....I've been trying to get him to come
down here so I can pick on him at RPM.

 

Go to a capital city Z club meet. There you'll see at least 5 or
6 nice TTZs with 400hp or more. Most look nice and you'd have
a really hard time calling a group of cars that trap 108-122mph
"slow".


At our club events we usually get a horde of Z32s and 350Zs
that are nice.

I think Nick was just getting a feel of everything and learning the track. We went to TBC Indoor Racing and I've been there a few times.
