well you gotta remember, its TX. The 1-3 that we have gotten becomes a big deal with no Salt or de-icing liquid. I am orig from OH so I am used to snow but I expected to get away from that for the most part. If I lived in OH i would garage the Z but didn't expect to have to here. Luckily I still have my Jeep for a little while longer.

Lol my S2000 is even worse. I slid and spun the other day when it was just icy.

Today I couldn't even get out of my apt complex.

I went to an auto-x this weekend in the rain. EVOs & STIs were sliding all over the place, even with their AWDs. RWDs were not any better. It was fun "drifting" all over the place. Needless to say, lap times were not the greatest this weekend but it was definitely safer than being on ice on the streets.

Mine's been down for a couple months at a shop, no worries here about the weather.

Yup supposed to get some either tommorow or saturday

So I had to take advantage of today and go drive so I don't go thru withdrawals

I gave a good effort to make it to work on wednesday but i couldn't make it out of Arlington due to the hills... it took me about 2-3 minutes to spin my tires over the bump in the intersections... much less get UP a hill to get on a freeway or road going north!!!

going down a hill wasn't much easier...

unlike the Driver's Manual... where it states "when going down a hill in a Manual transmission car, leave the car in the appropriate gear to regulate speed" i had to let my car ROLL down the hill in neutral to prevent from sliding all over the place...

i almost hit a car and a mini-van.... i was glad just to get home...

I just mounted the Blizzaks. Doesn't everyone have snow tires here in Texas? Life's more fun when you have traction.
