Default Sterling McCall is going down too...

In reference to the SBN04065b

THEY WROTE ME:

Mr. XXXX

The bulletin will not extend the warranty on your 350Z. If beyond the normal warranty period of 3 years or 36,000mi. Nissan will not pay for the repair under warranty.

MY RESPONSE:

I have taken my car in several times to your dealership. This is a recurring problem in my car and I have asked your technicians to fix it several times. The problem has never been FIXED to my satisfaction. So is it Nissan policy to do temporary "band-aids" now?

It was the the driveshaft clicking. They want to charge me $200 for a problem they never completely fixed. It always comes back.

You were still under the powertrain warranty.

The axle clicking should also be under powertrain. I got mine done around 45k IIRC.

I will retract my statement. Nissan just called and set up an appointment to repair the driveshaft under Goodwill. Sterling will go back to the top of my list.

Mod please change the thread title if you can.. "Thanks Sterling McCall"
